Software Policy

Visnew Cezor's picture

This policy is to describe the agreement between me and the software receiver, of which I am writing this code for, or any other recipients that somehow managed to get the source code.

Any software written by me is legally my software and property. You have no legal rights, even use of the software, unless I have written you an email giving you explicit permission to use it, unless of corse it is open source, in which I still hold rights to, and all releases, prior and past the acceptance of this policy, in which you may not call it your property. The only software you may use of mine, in which you need no permission, is open source software, which will be declared in the public source, if existent, in the header. All open source software that I have written, applies to this. The fact that my software is open source will be decided upon by me. Any agreements that we have made previously, or from now on, that give you any rights to the software, such as distribution, which is an illegal action against this policy, or any agreements that interfere with my wishes, prior, or past to your agreement to this policy, will be void upon acceptance of this policy. You will not be legally able to remove the header, or information at the top of the file, or any commented out lines, unless you have gained explicit permission from me in an email. Upon acceptance of this policy, you will receive a link that will give you a validation code to give me that I will add to a database. This validation code will be used upon law suits, or other legal matters, to prove you agreed to this policy, which provides I am the full owner of the software, and you have no rights to the software. By accepting this policy, you also accept all future updates on this policy, whether you read them or not. You're failure to read the updated policy is not at our fault, meaning we are not liable for your failure to do so.

As a summary, upon acceptance of this policy, you express that I am the full owner of the software I have written, or plan to write, even if you were a contributor to the code, or will be (in which you will receive credits for your work), or if anyone else contributed to the code, or will contribute, in which they will receive credits for the work they have done.

Please email administrator@thebestcomputerhelp.com for questions, software requests, or to agree to this policy, which is required for closed source software that I may write for you, or have written for you in the past.
