TBCH IRC Crawler Bot

TBCH Networks has recently added an IRC Crawler to their collection of information gathering software. The bot has already been placed on many networks. If you would like to add your network to this bot, you may email me at administrator@thebestcomputerhelp.com.

Basically, what this bot collects is how many global users are connected, and the maximum connected. It also collects a channel list, the motd, and the server list. We will eventually use this information for an IRC stats archive.
