What your application needs:

• Your full name.
• A short biography about yourself, and your experience in the computer field.
• If you know any programming languages, list them and tell how experienced you are with them.
• A username (non-explicit) for a new email address and account on the website.

Requirements:

• An email client to run at computer startup that can be configured to check for new messages at the lowest possible interval.
• An email address, other than the new one you will recieve. (Obvious)
• A registered nickname on the IRC server, and some knowledge on the use of IRC. (This can be learned very quickly. You can connect to the server at this link.)
• A good amount of knowledge on computers and the internet.
